Bagshot Methodist Church

Bagshot Methodist Church has been a significant part of village life for more than a hundred years and is part of the Berkshire Surrey Borders Circuit of the Methodist Church.

Our Mission is: 'to live by faith, to be known by love and to be the voice of hope.'

Led by the Archbishop of Canterbury with reflections from the Pope

Thy Kingdom Come

From today (Ascension Day) until Sunday 31st May (Pentecost) is the period for us to join with thousands of others across the globe in Thy Kingdom Come.

This is an opportunity to engage in prayer and to spend some time each day reflecting.

There are lots of resources for individuals and families to be found at :

These include meditations and prayer resources - all sorts of ways of exploring prayer for all ages so please don't dismiss as dull or boring in any way!

There is also a prayer journal available online but please see this one here which I have adapted to make it more printer-friendly.

It is with sadness that we announce that there will be no worship services at our Church for the time being, in accordance with Government guidelines.

Please know that we continue to uphold the community of Bagshot in our prayers and if you or someone you know is in need of pastoral support please contact Revd. Sharon Gardner, tel. 01344 774967 or email
